Lose Weight Without Special Pills Or Supplements
There has
always been a non-stop flow of new slimming pills and potions coming
onto the market, which will knock off the pounds like magic. They
invariably come with recommendations for modifying your diet, and that
is the crafty bit. They do not confidently reassure you that if you take
their pills you will be guaranteed to lose weight even if you continue
to stuff yourself out with burgers and cream cakes. They recommend that
you follow some good healthy diet plan as well. Now I do not wish to get
sued, so what I am about to say is not researched or established fact,
it is only my own personal experience and opinion, which is that it is
the recommended diet plan that will take the pounds off your waistline,
whilst the expensive pills will put the pounds in somebody else's
pocket.
Over the years I have tried most of them, and consequently
my weight has gone up and down the scales like a yo-yo. Until just over
three years ago, the one thing I had never been was underweight. I have
tried weight loss pills, herbal products, milk shake wonders, and all
the rest. In fact, I've also tried no less than five different powdered
meal substitutes, or milk shakes. To be honest, some of them did work
for a while, but they required more discipline than I've got, because
they always left me feeling miserably hungry most of the time, (despite
the claims on the packet) and once again, somewhat poorer in my pocket. I
still had to cook meals for a husband and three children, (until they
flew the nest) who all managed to remain infuriatingly slim with no
effort at all, and that was the worst part.
